JUNIOR SENTINELS
U8–U12 Goalkeeper Training
LEARN. DEVELOP. IMPROVE.
Junior Sentinels is the next step in the goalkeeper journey. Designed specifically for U8–U12 players, our sessions develop the technical foundations, decision-making and confidence needed to become a well-rounded goalkeeper.
Players begin to understand not just how to make a save, but why they are making it.
🧤 WHAT WE DEVELOP
Goalkeeper technique — handling, diving, footwork and recovery
Positioning — understanding angles, distance and starting positions
1v1s — learning when to hold, attack and make yourself big
Distribution — passing, throwing and playing with the feet
Crosses & high balls — judging flight and making confident decisions
Decision-making — learning to choose the right action under pressure
Communication — becoming more confident organising and supporting teammates
🛡️ THE SENTINEL WAY
Junior Sentinels is about turning the foundations built at Mini Sentinels into real goalkeeper ability.
We challenge players to learn, make decisions, make mistakes and try again — creating goalkeepers who are technically capable, mentally resilient and confident in their own game.
LEARN. DEVELOP. IMPROVE.
