Sentinel Goalkeeper Training ("Sentinel", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of children and parents/guardians who participate in our goalkeeper training programme.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights you have in relation to that information.
1. Who We Are
Sentinel Goalkeeper Training provides specialist goalkeeper coaching sessions for young players.
For the purposes of data protection law, Sentinel Goalkeeper Training is responsible for deciding how and why personal information is used.
Where bookings and registrations are made through ClassForKids, ClassForKids may also process personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

When a parent or guardian registers a child for Sentinel Goalkeeper Training, we may collect:
Parent/Guardian Information
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Address where required
- Emergency contact details
- Information necessary to manage bookings and payments
Child Information
- Name
- Date of birth
- Age/age group
- Relevant football or goalkeeper experience
- Attendance information
- Information provided to help us deliver appropriate coaching
Health & Safety Information
Where provided, we may collect information about:
- Medical conditions
- Allergies
- Injuries
- Additional support needs
- Other information relevant to the child's safety during training
We only ask for information that is reasonably necessary to operate the sessions safely and effectively.

We will not use children's personal information for purposes unrelated to the operation and safeguarding of the goalkeeper programme unless we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.

We recognise that the information we collect relates to children and therefore take particular care when handling it.
We aim to collect only information that is necessary, keep it secure and use it only for appropriate purposes.
Children have data protection rights, and we will consider the child's age, maturity and understanding when dealing with requests concerning their personal information.
5. Medical & Emergency Information
Medical and emergency information is collected to help us keep participants safe.
This information will only be accessed by people who need it for legitimate purposes, such as appropriate members of the coaching team.
We will not use medical information for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Where necessary to protect a child's health or safety, information may be shared with emergency services or other appropriate individuals.
6. Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell children's or parents' personal information.
Personal information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:
- ClassForKids, where they provide booking and registration services
- Payment providers where required to process payments
- Coaching staff where necessary to deliver safe and appropriate training
- Emergency services where required
- Relevant authorities or organisations where we have a legal or safeguarding obligation to do so
We take appropriate care when sharing children's information and only share information where there is a legitimate and appropriate reason. The ICO recommends particular care when sharing children's personal information.
7. Photography & Video
From time to time, Sentinel may wish to take photographs or videos during training for coaching, promotional or social media purposes.
We will only use a child's photograph or video for promotional purposes where the appropriate permission has been provided.
Parents/guardians can choose whether to provide permission where a separate photography/video consent option is provided.
If permission has not been provided, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the child is not intentionally featured in promotional photography or video.
8. Marketing
We may use parent/guardian contact details to provide information about Sentinel sessions, future programmes, availability or related services where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.
We will not use children's personal information to send them direct marketing.
Parents/guardians may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. How We Protect Information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against:
- Unauthorised access
- Loss
- Accidental disclosure
- Unauthorised alteration
- Unnecessary use
Access to personal information is restricted to people who have a legitimate reason to use it.
However, no method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

- Relevant support requirements
This helps us maintain accurate and safe records.
13. ClassForKids
Bookings and registrations may be managed through ClassForKids.
When you use ClassForKids to register your child, ClassForKids may process personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Parents/guardians should also review ClassForKids' privacy information when making a booking.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or how we handle personal information.
The latest version will be made available to parents/guardians.
